If you are on this page, that means you are interested in learning more about becoming a home based virtual recruiter – just like me!

I am looking to expand Wall Street Personnel, my home based recruiting firm that I have personally run since 2000. I am looking to bring on board dynamic, energetic and amazing individuals who enjoy working with people, want the flexibility and freedom of working from home, and are ready to make a great income from home! In the recruiting business this is absolutely possible, and the reason I know this is because I have earned an incredible living year after year after year!

My vision and goal is to bring on board 100 recruiters to join Wall Street Personnel from anywhere in the country to work on our financial positions and brand Wall Street Personnel as the leading nationwide financial services recruiting firm.

To be a Recruiter you must:

  • Have a set up from home with a private area, a computer, DSL, phone (cell is fine) and a desk, so you can work privately and efficiently.

  • Be self motivated and self driven – as you are working from home. It’s up to you to "start your day".

  • Enjoy working with people, speaking to them on the phone, listening, commanding confidence while at the same time showing respect and sincerity

  • Outstanding communication skills on the phone. Your role is to speak to candidates and job seekers all day long, so communication on the phone is key.

  • Strong command of computers – with internet (you will be working off of Monster, LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder to locate resumes) and Word, as many times we have to edit resumes

  • A motivated drive to have tremendous success year after year after year – at Wall Street Personnel FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION!

  • We provide a one day robust e-training to make sure you recruit the way Revi wants you to recruit

  • Wall Street Personnel will provide recruiting software and access to all the major job boards to post job and locate resumes on the job boards. It’s a true TURN-KEY operation!

  • The role is COMMISSION only – you get 30% payout on gross commission, so it’s possible to make $ 2k a month or $ 10K a month, or more – it’s really ALL UP TO YOU – how hard you work, how committed you are, how many candidates you locate that are a fit for the job opening. The more qualified job seekers you find and screen for a job opening, the more likely one of your candidate will get the job, resulting in a nice commission check to you (all set up as a 1099 Independent Contractor).

  • The best part? Every morning @ 9am Revi starts the day with everyone on a morning motivational conference call to get each and every Recruiter motivated to make serious money and start the day with the right attitude

Your role as a Recruiter with Wall Street Personnel will be to work with job seekers on all aspects of their job search. We have job openings with clients throughout the country. You would work on those positions, locating job seekers qualified for the role. Your job will be to speak with qualified candidates and screen them based on education, experience and skill set, as stated in the job description. You will then forward all screened and qualified candidates to our home office for submission to the employer (our clients). With multiple job openings, you will be working on multiple positions. You will handle all phases of the recruitment cycle, as it relates to the candidate only (the home office will liaise directly with the clients, handling the front office of the interview process and negotiations of salaries). Your role will be to handle all aspects of the candidate side only, from locating candidates from job boards, job postings, networking, screening, interviewing, obtaining relevant information about their background, then forwarding the screened candidate to the home office, and then following up with any additional scheduling of interviews, background checks, and updates of feedback from interviews. We provide a full day of e-training, showing you how to screen, how to phone-interview, how to locate candidates, what to look for, what to avoid, and basically, how to be a top recruiter!
